Printed circuit board assembly (PCBA)
Our PCBA is housed within our modern facility in Auckland. We offer advanced surface mount and through-hole assembly services aligned with standards including ISO 13485 and ISO 9001 backed by traceable systems and high-speed automation.

Box-build product assembly
Nautech can assemble all componentry into a final product ready for immediate use, then package and box it ready for shipping. If required, we can purchase all the enclosure and mechanical components as specified, or use customer-supplied components free-in-aid. Dedicated box-build product assembly areas are rapidly configured to suit the requirements of the product being assembled.
We offer comprehensive testing services to validate your device before packaging and dispatch. This includes visual inspections, documentation, and preparation of the final product for shipping.
Testing services

Product design and development
